To be eligible for the giveaway without a pledge send a 3×5 card with full name, address, phone number, and email address to "The American Revolution," c/o LCMedia, One Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142. One entry per person and household. All entries must be complete to be eligible and must be received no later than April 13, 2013. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Lichtenstein Creative Media and will not be returned. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email.
